"Absolutely loved our experience at Grandma's Kitchen! This cozy little spot packs a punch of authentic Taiwanese flavors. The popcorn chicken and salt and pepper pork are our favorites -- full of crispy, savory goodness. The staff are lovely and super friendly, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely be returning soon to enjoy more delicious dishes. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Taiwanese comfort food!"

"My FAVORITE place in all of Boston. This is the first place I'd recommend to anyone who asks me for good places to eat in Boston. I'm from NJ and used to live in Flushing, Queens so I grew up eating in Asian restaurants in NJ/NYC. So when I first moved to Boston, I was mortified by the lack of exciting food options, especially good Asian food. UNTIL my friend took me to Grandma's Kitchen!! I literally ate here at least 2-3 times a week, and their food is what got me through some of the most stressful times. I've tried many things on their menu, and I can confidently say that they all taste amazing. My favorites are the popcorn chicken (both appetizer and over rice), braised beef noodle soup, spicy wonton noodles, sesame balls, and lavender milk tea with lychee jelly. If I had to pick just one, I'd recommend the popcorn chicken to anyone and everyone because it's just so good. But be careful with the spicy level -- they're not joking when they say the "hot" is actually very very hot!! And what makes their food taste even better is the welcoming, familial vibe. It's a family-owned restaurant, and everyone is just genuinely warm-hearted people. Sadly I recently moved out of Boston, and I miss Grandma's Kitchen so much. But whenever I come back to visit, like yesterday, Grandma's Kitchen is always at the very top of my list of must-eats!"

"We've been going here for years when we first lived in Boston. I work for an industry leading hospitality company and Grandma's Kitchen sets the standard for what it means to make your guests feel truly valued and cared for! From Grandma to Andy, the staff here are amazing and even remembered our names after we came back after leaving Boston 2 YEARS AGO! The atmosphere and genuine joy of staff are, in themselves, amazing, but paired with incredible food?!? Absolutely spectacular! This is not only a Boston gem, but an American gem as well!"

"As a Taiwanese I can say this is of the best Taiwanese food options in the Boston area! The owners are friendly and always make me feel welcomed. It's clear they care a lot about what they serve and they have a lot of passion for Taiwan. The atmosphere is great for any occasion."

"This restaurant truly is the definition of what a comforting and cozy food spot should be, echoing what many others have already said. It has a small menu, simple presentation, and quality ingredients that deliver amazing, distinctive flavors. I particularly enjoyed the popcorn chicken, which was crispy and juicy at the same time. The spice level is also just right, with options for customization. The spicy wonton noodles were top-notch, delicious to the very last bite. What was most surprising was the mango milk with sago - I didn't expect it to be so refreshing, with real mango chunks and perfectly cooked sago. The salt and pepper pork chop was also nicely seasoned. I will definitely come back here often. Just a heads-up: they don't have AC in the summer because of building rules, so you might want to plan for takeout on hot days."

"By far my favorite restaurant in the entire Boston area. Delicious food, wonderful and attentive staff that are more like family friends. Every time my family goes--which is quite often!!--we feel like we are eating at a friend's home. The Beef Rib Noodle Soup is phenomenal; the popcorn chicken superb, and the ground pork tasty. My kids love it! You will too!"
